About the role
Business Solutions Group (BSG) at Morgan Stanley drives strategic program management and delivery for Institutional Securities. The Associate/Senior Associate supports multi-workstream consulting engagements, plans and executes programs, resolves risks, and produces senior‑management presentations. Based in Mumbai, the role is on‑site with a focus on cross‑functional collaboration across front office, risk, finance, operations and technology.

What you’ll bring
- 3-7+ years in management consulting or transformation
- Strong understanding of sales and trading ecosystem
- Experience building internal consulting or PMO functions
- BS/BA degree (advanced degree preferred)
