About the role

The Specialist role within the Wholesale Banking Business Solutions Group drives end-to-end implementation of treasury workflows and systems. Day-to-day duties include conceptualizing solutions, managing testing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations. This full-time position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices
• Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize, document, and execute test cases
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide stakeholder updates
• Conduct testing, obtain approvals, and maintain release documentation
• Resolve live issues and respond to business team queries
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
• Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives
• Utilize data analytics and business intelligence for decision-making

What you’ll bring

• 5 to 10 years relevant experience in financial markets or treasury systems
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems
• Experience with front, middle, and back-office operations
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and solution conceptualization
• Proficiency in process automation and data intelligence
