About the role
HR Technology Workday team at 3M focuses on building and maintaining Workday solutions for global HR processes. The analyst configures and supports Workday Time Tracking, resolves defects, executes mass data loads, and aids deployment for new countries while partnering with portfolio managers and testing semi‑annual releases. Based in Hebbal, Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site days as required.
What you’ll do
- Manage Workday Time Tracking configuration and enhancements
- Analyze and resolve defects and troubleshoot issues
- Support Time Tracking deployment for new countries
- Execute mass data loads ensuring accuracy and governance
- Partner with HR Technology Portfolio Managers on priorities
- Support semi‑annual Workday releases through testing
- Contribute to peer reviews and improve best practices
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years HR technology experience
- 4 years Workday Time Tracking configuration experience
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certification in Time Tracking
- Expertise in Global Time Tracking
- Workday config in Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent
- Knowledge of union rules and premium pay
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with global cross‑functional teams
