About the role
HR Technology team at 3M drives innovative HCM solutions on Workday. The Senior Analyst configures Workday HCM, resolves defects, executes data loads, supports releases and partners with portfolio managers to deliver scalable HR tech solutions. Bangalore, hybrid (Hebbal), relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules
- Analyze and resolve system defects and issues
- Execute mass data loads and ensure data governance
- Support semi‑annual Workday releases with testing
- Partner with portfolio managers to prioritize delivery
- Contribute to peer reviews and improve best practices
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years HR Technology experience
- 4+ years Workday HCM configuration
Nice to have
- Workday Pro Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Time, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent modules
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and global team collaboration
