About the role
HR Technology team at Johnson Controls (India) partners with HR Centers of Expertise to configure and optimize Workday solutions, especially Workday Recruit, and manage related technologies like Paradox and HiredScore. The Analyst configures Workday changes, leads testing and upgrades, creates custom reports, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition to enhance the recruiting lifecycle. Pune, India, on-site workplace model.
What you’ll do
- Configure Workday based on business requirements
- Maintain Workday Recruit processes and job requisitions
- Lead design and implementation of new Workday functionalities
- Create custom Workday reports
- Plan and execute testing for Workday changes
- Support daily operations of Paradox and HiredScore
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to improve candidate journey
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
