About the role

The Analyst configures Workday changes, leads testing and upgrades, creates custom reports, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition to enhance the recruiting lifecycle. What you’ll do
- Configure Workday based on business requirements
- Maintain Workday Recruit processes and job requisitions
- Lead design and implementation of new Workday functionalities
- Create custom Workday reports
- Plan and execute testing for Workday changes
- Support daily operations of Paradox and HiredScore
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to improve candidate journey
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
What you’ll bring
