HR Technology Analyst

About the role

HR Technology team at nVent drives innovative HRIS solutions to support global operations. The analyst designs, builds, and deploys Workday Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence configurations, leads cross‑functional projects, and partners with business leaders to translate needs into system designs. Based in Bangalore, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence configurations
• Lead cross‑functional projects from requirements gathering through deployment
• Partner with COE leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support Payroll and Benefits integrations and mass data uploads
• Evaluate semiannual Workday releases for process improvements
• Develop and maintain system documentation and test plans
• Create complex custom reports and integration code
• Provide tier‑1 support for HRIS issues and act as backup for other analysts

What you’ll bring

• B.S/B.A. degree
• 4+ years Workday configuration experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
