HR Technology Integrations Analyst

About the role

Hitachi Digital seeks an HR Technology Integrations Analyst to support and optimize the Workday integration ecosystem across Bengaluru, Pune, or Remote India. The role involves designing, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations for HR, payroll, and finance data while serving as a liaison between internal teams and vendors. This full-time position requires balancing technical system administration with business process analysis to ensure reliable data flow and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Workday integrations and data interfaces
• Manage and troubleshoot integration failures, errors, and data discrepancies for timely resolution
• Monitor and support integrations between HR systems and third-party applications
• Analyze HR business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency and automation
• Serve as subject matter expert providing technical support and guidance to HR users and managers
• Implement processes to ensure HR systems comply with organizational policies and data privacy regulations
• Participate in Workday releases, updates, and feature deployments including impact assessments and testing
• Create and manage user documentation, job aids, and training materials for new functionality

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Workday integrations, HRIS, or HR technology platforms
• Experience with Workday, VNDLY, or similar HCM/VMS systems
• Knowledge of HR business processes including recruiting, onboarding, core HR, payroll, and benefits

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, and custom integration knowledge
• Experience supporting global HR and payroll integrations
• Experience with HR system implementations or major enhancement projects
• Knowledge of data governance, security administration, and compliance requirements
