HR Technology Manager

About the role

Puma Energy’s HR Technology Manager leads the global HRIS function, designing, configuring, and governing Workday and related HR technologies across the organization. The role manages a team of HRIS analysts, drives integration projects, and ensures secure, efficient data flow between Workday and internal/external systems. Based in Mumbai, the position is on-site with a focus on supporting the Global Delivery Centre’s HR operations.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, development, and implementation of HRIS and Workday integrations
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendors for seamless data flow
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Manage full lifecycle of HRIS projects
• Develop and maintain integration documentation
• Provide training and guidance on HRIS best practices
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/computers or related field
• 6-8 years Workday experience
• 2+ years hands‑on Workday integrations
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect
• Leadership of HRIS teams
• Agile project management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of HR domains (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting)
