About the role
HR Technology team at TraceLink leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the Workday platform to support global HR operations. The manager acts as product owner and Workday SME, configuring modules, overseeing integrations, and driving reporting and analytics improvements. Pune, India, on-site, Full-time role.
What you’ll do
- Lead Workday roadmap and configuration strategy across modules
- Manage Workday team members and cross-functional projects
- Oversee system design, testing, deployment and integrations
- Maintain data integrity, reporting dashboards and analytics
- Serve as escalation point for complex system issues
- Partner with stakeholders to align Workday capabilities with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and provide strategic HR counsel
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
Nice to have
- 5+ years HRIS configuration and development
- Lead Workday implementations and configuration
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and Extend
