About the role

Industrial Projects Team at Cushman & Wakefield oversees electrical execution for industrial and PEB projects. The Project Engineer reviews MEP and electrical drawings, coordinates with contractors and civil teams, ensures quality assurance and control, and validates measurements for billing. Aurangabad, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Review MEP/electrical drawings against project requirements
• Coordinate contractor execution and sequencing with civil activities
• Maintain QA/QC for all works
• Verify material compliance with BOQ specs
• Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings and quality parameters
• Measure and certify completed work for billing purposes

What you’ll bring

• B.E Electrical degree
• 8-10 years electrical execution experience in industrial/PEB projects
• Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
