Equinix’s Enterprise Finance team drives the global strategy for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OCI, leveraging AI and cloud-native automation to modernize finance processes. The director leads cross‑functional alignment, oversees implementation, governance, and integration of Oracle platforms, and mentors a global team of specialists. Bangalore, Hybrid (remote and onsite)

What you’ll do

• Define multi‑year AI‑driven transformation roadmap
• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM implementation and optimization
• Architect integrations with Salesforce, HRIS, banking via OIC
• Govern OCI environment and security
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, audit
• Manage vendor relationships and TCO
• Standardize global financial reporting
• Mentor and develop high‑performing team
