Director, Enterprise Services
About the role
At Curriculum Associates, a leader in education technology, we are seeking a Director of Enterprise Services to oversee strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide IT services. The role leads a diverse team of IT professionals, drives operational excellence, collaborates with cross‑functional leaders, manages vendor relationships, ensures compliance, and champions adoption of new technologies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive IT experience, 5+ years in leadership, and expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Entra, SharePoint), MDM, SSO, Email Security, Privilege Management, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, system monitoring, and 24/7 mission‑critical support. The position requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a customer‑centric culture. Travel up to twice annually to U.S. offices is required. The role is hybrid, based in Bangalore, India.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Services to align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT Professionals.
- Drive operational excellence through the establishment and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify business needs, ensure seamless delivery of services, and drive organizational change management.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices for all IT enterprise services.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize value and efficiency.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies, automation, and process improvements to enhance the enterprise service portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with executive leadership, stakeholders, and staff regarding service strategy, performance, and initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT and or related role.
- 5+ years in a leadership role with direct responsibility for managing teams and budgets.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans for enterprise services.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in enterprise operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with digital transformation, automation, and IT enterprise technology solutions is highly desirable.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree and or Certifications in related fields preferred.
