About the role
Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Projects team drives the delivery of large‑scale civil and PEB constructions. The Project Engineer oversees schedule monitoring, site execution, contractor coordination, quality and safety compliance, and risk management to ensure projects finish on time and within budget. Aurangabad, India, on-site role with standard office environment.
What you’ll do
- Monitor progress against master schedule
- Ensure site work aligns with drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors to address delays and bottlenecks
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment and labour
- Administer contracts and resolve disputes
- Support QA/QC and safety teams on site
- Prepare critical activity reports for client
- Manage risk and cost‑saving initiatives
What you’ll bring
- B.E Civil
- 8-10 years civil/PEB experience
- Technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical, and architectural works
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
