About the role

The Associate Manager – Cloud & Application Engineering at Bristlecone leads Agile teams in delivering AI‑powered application transformation services across the supply chain. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile practices, and collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog. You will remove impediments, track sprint metrics, and promote cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑performance delivery. The position requires strong facilitation, coaching, and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment. You will work in Bangalore, India, as an on‑site team member, contributing to Bristlecone’s mission of accelerating digital transformation for global supply chain customers.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate Scrum events: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
• Support Product Owner: manage backlog, prioritize, align with goals.
• Coach team on Agile practices, fostering self‑organizing high performance.
• Remove impediments hindering team progress.
• Track sprint performance using burndown charts, velocity, capacity.
• Promote collaboration across teams and departments.
