About the role

Associate Experience organization is building the next generation Associate Workspace, a unified experience for Customer Service Associates to start their day, receive personalized guidance, and stay informed. The Senior Product Manager Technical defines product strategy and roadmap for performance management, communications, notifications, and daily priorities, partnering with Engineering, UX, Applied Science, Business Intelligence, and Operations to deliver intelligent, AI‑enabled tools. Hyderabad, TS, IND, on-site role focusing on large‑scale enterprise software and human‑AI collaboration.

What you’ll do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for performance management and the Associate Workspace
  • Build intelligent performance guidance, notifications, communications, recognition, and personalized daily experiences
  • Define long‑term vision for associate communications and in‑workflow engagement
  • Partner with Engineering, UX, Applied Science, Business Intelligence, and Operations to deliver a unified workspace
  • Drive product strategy, experimentation, and end‑to‑end product execution

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years technical product or program management experience
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy
  • Experience delivering features and making product trade‑offs
  • Participating in engineering discussions on technology decisions
  • Managing technical products or online services
  • Advocating for diverse customers and stakeholders at executive level

Nice to have

  • Building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Building enterprise software, productivity platforms, workflow applications, or AI‑enabled products
  • Developing customer or employee‑facing software at scale
