What you’ll do
- Lead model development projects from proposal to deployment
- Define scope, milestones, KPIs for statistical/ML models
- Coordinate data requirements with analysts/engineers
- Validate model performance and prediction capabilities
- Develop training materials for risk‑based segmentation tools
- Present findings to executive and partner teams
- Ensure project plan objectives are met
- Document and share best practices
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL
- Experience with SAS/SPSS
- Knowledge of credit risk modeling
- Leadership of data science teams
- Financial services background
- DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker)
- MBA or advanced degree
