About the role

Global Delivery Centre (GDC) Migration Factory at Salesforce drives enterprise‑scale Marketing Cloud Next migrations. The Manager leads up to 15 Technical Consultants, delivering hands‑on architecture, data migration and journey redesign while mentoring the team. Role is based in Hyderabad/Bangalore with a hybrid work model, 3 days onsite, relocation assistance available.

  • Manage and mentor a team of up to 15 consultants
  • Act as hands‑on Technical Architect for complex migrations
  • Drive Migration Factory standards and delivery velocity
  • Serve as trusted advisor to client marketing leaders
  • Lead discovery and design workshops with stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years Salesforce marketing tech consulting
  • 5+ years Marketing Cloud delivery
  • 5+ years people management
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot migrations
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification

  • Lead migration workshops
