About the role

Advanced Engineering EV Engineering team at Tata Motors develops advanced diagnostics, EOL and in‑vehicle communication solutions for high‑voltage powertrain systems in electric passenger vehicles. The Senior Manager leads development, validation and implementation of modern diagnostics technologies such as DoIP and SOVD, ensuring scalable, secure, future‑ready vehicle diagnostics aligned to Gen3 NPI processes. What you’ll do

• Lead development of advanced diagnostics software for HV powertrain
• Validate and implement EOL and in‑vehicle communication solutions
• Integrate DoIP and SOVD technologies into EV programs
• Ensure scalability, security and compliance with Gen3 NPI processes
• Oversee diagnostic trouble code and data identifier configuration
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for vehicle validation and fault injection testing
