About the role

What you’ll do
- Lead regional operations and P&L for diagnostic centers
- Ensure machine uptime and uninterrupted patient services
- Manage compliance, audits, and statutory requirements
- Develop private/cash business opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical teams on quality standards
- Oversee facility operations, staffing, KRAs/KPIs, and team development
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements
What you’ll bring
- Graduate or above
- 8-10+ years healthcare operations management
- Experience with CT & MRI centers
- Compliance and government tie‑up expertise
- Revenue and budgeting oversight
