About the role

Workday Senior Analyst, Security and Cross Applications Tech at LSEG is responsible for leading testing of Workday and related applications, ensuring quality enhancements and system improvements. The role collaborates with functional and technical teams to design and execute test plans, supports privacy, security, and user experience testing, and analyzes Level 3 support issues to recommend improvements. The analyst troubleshoots BAU issues with technical teams, maintains documentation aligned to global standards, and communicates findings clearly to stakeholders. The position requires experience with Workday or similar HCM systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Oracle, familiarity with configuration, security testing, and business process flows, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work with global teams across time zones. What you’ll do

• Work with functional and technical teams to define and implement test plans for Workday and related applications.
• Lead testing activities for system enhancements, projects, and ongoing improvements.
• Support privacy, security (including proxy access), and user experience testing.
• Spot trends, analyse Level 3 support issues, and recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve BAU issues in partnership with technical teams.
• Keep documentation and testing practices aligned to global standards.
• Communicate findings clearly—both written and verbal—with a range of partners.
• Own your work and take initiative.
