About the role

Workday Integration team at LiveRamp builds and maintains scalable integrations connecting HR, Payroll, Finance and other enterprise systems. The Senior Analyst designs, develops and supports Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio and API integrations, leads full lifecycle from requirements to hypercare, and implements monitoring and AI‑assisted troubleshooting. Hyderabad, on-site role with hybrid flexibility as needed.

What you’ll do

Design, build and maintain Workday integrations
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT to translate requirements
Lead integration lifecycle including design, testing and deployment
Implement monitoring, alerting and incident response
Create and maintain technical documentation
Analyze integration telemetry using AI/ML techniques

What you’ll bring

3+ years designing and supporting Workday integrations
Hands‑on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs
Ownership of end‑to‑end integration flows across multiple domains (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Finance)

Nice to have

Workday Pro or Integration certification preferred
Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato or SnapLogic
