About the role
Huron Consulting Group's Workday Integration team delivers end‑to‑end solutions for clients across HCM, Financials and Higher Education. The Senior Associate designs, builds and supports Workday integrations using Web Services, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB and Cloud Connect, and creates client‑ready presentations. Bangalore, hybrid (3 days onsite), travel as needed, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical workstreams for Workday implementations
- Develop integration solutions using specified technologies
- Analyze requirements and translate into design documentation
- Create client presentations and deliverables
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice development
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or equivalent
- Workday Integration and Studio certification
Nice to have
- 3-4 years developing Workday integrations
- Experience with REST or SOAP Web Services
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
