About the role

Huron Consulting Group – Digital Practice helps clients accelerate digital transformation through Workday solutions. As a Workday Integration Consultant Associate you will design, build, and support integrations between Workday and external systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior staff. Bangalore, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration, travel as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for Workday integration
  • Design, build, test, and support integration code bases
  • Escalate risks and develop alternative technical approaches
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Train and develop junior staff

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent experience
  • Delivered technical workstreams for 2+ HCM or Financial implementations
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours

Nice to have

  • 2+ years developing Workday integrations using REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect
  • Current Workday Integration and Studio certification
  • Experience with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare
