About the role

What you’ll do
- Develop and configure Workday integrations across HCM, Financials, and Higher Education modules
- Create client-ready presentations and documentation of solution designs
- Lead client interactions throughout project phases
- Mentor and train junior analysts and staff
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3-4 years hands‑on Workday integration development
- Experience with REST or SOAP web services
- Proficiency in XML and XSLT
- Knowledge of Workday Studio and EIB
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Current Workday Integration and Studio certification
- Familiarity with tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Willingness to travel for business needs
