The Senior Workday Fins Analyst translates finance and sales requirements into scalable Workday configurations, manages release cycles, and leverages AI to uncover automation opportunities. Based in Hyderabad, the role is on‑site with flexible remote options.
What you’ll do
- Own Workday C2C domain and configurations
- Translate business requirements into Workday designs
- Manage release cycle and regression testing
- Drive automation and process standardization
- Maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles
- Troubleshoot production issues and root cause analysis
- Use AI for anomaly detection and automation
- Lead cross‑functional projects and change management
