The Senior Associate designs autonomous agents with LangChain and related frameworks, develops RAG pipelines, and creates evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure safe, high‑performing AI. Role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on‑site at PwC offices.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen
• Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
• Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior
• Document best practices for agent development
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities
