About the role
Advisory team at PwC focuses on building advanced GenAI and agentic AI solutions for clients. The Senior Associate designs autonomous agents with LangChain, Crew.ai and Autogen, develops RAG pipelines, and creates evaluation and monitoring frameworks. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen and related frameworks
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for information retrieval
- Create robust evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety
- Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior
- Document best practices and contribute to agent architecture improvements
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years experience
- Advanced Python with async and API development
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models
- Proficiency in RAG pipeline implementation
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD and testing practices
