About the role

The Senior Associate, GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer designs autonomous agents with LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen and develops RAG pipelines, ensuring safety and performance. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site role with hybrid collaboration across advisory teams.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen and related frameworks
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for information retrieval
- Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety
- Implement monitoring and logging for autonomous agent behavior
- Document best practices and guidelines for agent development
- Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years experience
- Advanced Python with async and API development
- LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen frameworks
- RAG system design and optimization
- Vector database and embedding model experience
