What you’ll do
- Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, Autogen
- Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
- Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety
- Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior
- Document best practices for agent development
- Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities
What you’ll bring
- 4-7 years experience
- Advanced Python with async and API development
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- Proficiency in RAG pipeline implementation
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, testing
