About the role

Advisory team at PwC focuses on data and analytics engineering to build advanced GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for clients. The Senior Associate will design autonomous agents with LangChain, develop RAG pipelines, create evaluation frameworks, and implement monitoring for safe AI deployments. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain and related frameworks
• Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation systems
• Create robust evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior
• Document best practices for agent development
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities
