Lead Sales

About the role

KC Overseas Education is seeking a Lead Sales professional to lead the Italy Search & Selection vertical within its International Admissions division. Based at the MIHAN New Office Campus in Nagpur (Parsodi, I.T. Park), the role is a 70% sales and 30% operations position focused on driving student enrolments for Italy Public Universities, building partner and counsellor relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end admissions and visa transitions. The position reports on-site and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 1–2 years in international admissions, sales, or education counselling.

What you’ll do

• Drive student enrolments for Italy Public Universities by developing effective sales strategies and engaging partners
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and counsellors to generate qualified leads
• Conduct information sessions, webinars, and counselling events to promote Italy Public universities' programs and scholarships
• Identify suitable Italian public universities based on student profiles and preferences
• Guide students on Italy Government Scholarships and other funding options
• Keep updated information on admission requirements, tuition fees, regional tax policies, and language criteria
• Provide personalised counselling to students and ensure smooth progression from enquiry to application submission
• Oversee preparation of SOPs, CVs, and LORs and ensure compliance with university guidelines

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 1–2 years in international admissions, sales, or education counselling (Europe/Italy market preferred)
• Proven record of achieving sales or enrolment targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong research and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to drive student enrolments for Italy Public Universities through effective sales strategies
• Experience guiding students on Italy Government Scholarships and funding options

Nice to have

Familiarity with the Italian higher education system is an advantage
