About the role
AWS Specialist Solutions Architect team drives AI adoption across enterprises, building scalable, secure GenAI/ML solutions on AWS. The Senior AI Solution Architect designs and implements production‑grade AI architectures, leads technical workshops, creates reference content, and advocates customer needs to shape AWS AI roadmaps. Bengaluru, on‑site role, hybrid collaboration with global AWS teams.
What you’ll do
- Craft scalable, secure AI architectures for enterprise customers
- Lead technical workshops, deep‑dive sessions and mentorship programs
- Produce whitepapers, blogs, code samples and reference architectures
- Gather and convey customer feedback to influence AWS AI product roadmap
- Advise on security, cost, performance and operational efficiency for GenAI/ML projects
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years design/implementation of distributed applications
- 5+ years managing technical customer‑facing resources
- 5+ years building large‑scale machine learning and AI solutions
- Hands‑on experience deploying LLMs on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or similar hardware
- Deep expertise with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation
- Experience architecting AI systems in regulated environments
