AI/ML Department at SPAR Solutions builds enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on agentic automation and generative AI products. The Senior AI Engineer designs and delivers multi‑agent systems, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations, while mentoring engineers and guiding client engagements. Pune office, on-site, with opportunities to shape the practice and lead technical direction.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deliver agentic AI systems with multi‑agent orchestration and tool integrations
• Design RAG pipelines and lead LLM integration strategy including prompt engineering
• Use AI coding agents as primary development tools and validate outputs
• Provide technical leadership on client engagements, conduct discovery and design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering standards
• Apply statistical analysis and data engineering using Python, numpy, and pandas

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years software engineering, 1+ year focused on generative and agentic AI
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent
• Prompt engineering and integration of major LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini)
• Use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot
• Proficiency in Python, numpy, pandas and data visualization libraries
• System design expertise in distributed APIs and scalability
• Experience leading technical workstreams in client‑facing consulting
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
