Senior AI Engineer leads the ML engineering team to design multi‑agent intelligence frameworks, build multimodal AI pipelines, and operationalize LLMOps on Databricks, driving secure, scalable AI solutions. Pune, India, on‑site role focusing on enterprise‑scale intelligence and automation.

What you’ll do

• Lead ML engineering team to execute AI/ML strategy for Operational Intelligence Program
• Implement multi‑agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) for adaptive decision‑making
• Design multimodal AI pipelines combining text, image, tabular, and graph data
• Build scalable RAG and Graph‑RAG systems with vector stores and knowledge graphs
• Develop and productionize transformer models for NLP and vision‑language tasks
• Establish end‑to‑end LLMOps and MLOps pipelines on Databricks integrating MLflow and feature stores
• Apply responsible AI practices including bias detection and explainability dashboards
• Research and benchmark innovations in multimodal transformers and generative modeling

What you’ll bring

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Expert-level experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML and LLM/Agentic solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face frameworks
• Experience with multimodal transformer architectures (BERT, CLIP, T5, Whisper)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP for data processing and storage
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, feature stores, and Databricks
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
