About the role

AI Strategy & Solutions team at Ameriprise India drives enterprise AI initiatives that translate strategy into scalable business solutions. The Senior Manager leads roadmap creation, program delivery, cross‑functional partnership, and adoption of AI/ML and GenAI technologies while ensuring governance and measurable impact. Based in Gurugram and Noida, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Translate AI strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
• Lead execution of priority AI initiatives across business areas
• Manage portfolio of AI use cases, prioritization and risk mitigation
• Partner with business, technology, data, risk and legal teams
• Provide technical direction on AI/ML and GenAI solutions
• Drive business adoption and track measurable outcomes
• Ensure compliance with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
• Lead cross‑functional matrix teams to deliver results

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 8-10+ years in AI, data/analytics, digital or transformation
• Strong AI/ML and GenAI knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
• Matrix leadership without direct authority
• Program and portfolio delivery of enterprise AI initiatives
• Driving adoption, change management and value realization
• Ensuring AI governance and responsible AI practices
