What you’ll do
- Define and execute multi-year enterprise AI roadmap
- Identify high-impact AI and GenAI use cases across functions
- Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions
- Oversee AI platform capabilities and integration with Azure and Microsoft ecosystems
- Establish AI governance, risk, and responsible AI frameworks
- Manage pipeline of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept to deployment
- Build and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams
- Drive AI adoption through training and change management
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years technology experience with AI/ML or GenAI
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Hands-on delivery of AI/GenAI solutions
- Strong Azure cloud platform experience
- Leadership of cross-functional AI teams
- Experience defining enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, modular services
- Stakeholder communication and governance expertise
