About the role
Product Data Platform team at Johnson Controls builds enterprise product content solutions. The Senior PIM & AI Solutions Engineer designs and implements AI‑driven workflows, automates data onboarding, and enhances Inriver Inspire AI features for content generation, translation, and enrichment. Works with product owners, architects, and marketing to deliver scalable PIM/AI integrations. Bangalore, India, on-site.
What you’ll do
- Enable, configure, and optimize Inriver Inspire AI for content generation and localization
- Design AI‑agent workflows for validation, enrichment routing, and metadata generation
- Build automations for intake‑to‑PIM transformations and bulk data onboarding
- Integrate PIM with AI services, translation engines, and downstream systems via APIs
- Develop unit/integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines
- Establish prompt engineering best practices and ensure ethical AI use
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6-8 years of C#/.NET, REST API, and MS SQL Server experience
- 2+ years building AI‑driven applications with LLM workflows
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or comparable LLM platforms
- Hands‑on experience with AI agents using Azure AI Orchestration, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain
