About the role
Project Information Management Systems (PIMS) team at AtkinsRéalis drives data‑driven project execution through reporting, analytics and automation solutions. The Senior Manager leads PIMS delivery, governance, Power BI dashboards and digital transformation initiatives while mentoring a cross‑functional team. Based in Bangalore, India, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Oversee end‑to‑end PIMS implementation
- Ensure data governance, security and quality compliance
- Create and maintain business intelligence solutions
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency
- Define and enforce reporting standards and KPIs
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders and clients
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decision‑making
- Lead and grow the PIMS team
