About the role

Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India with a hybrid work model.
What you’ll do
- Establish project execution approach and oversee planning, monitoring and control
- Manage project progress, resource utilization and financials to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
- Identify, qualify, quantify and mitigate project risks and pursue opportunities
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
What you’ll bring
- B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
- 2-15 years project engineering and execution experience
Nice to have
- Experience with LV/MV/HV Motors, Switchgear, VFD, DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instrumentation
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, SAP
- Strong project management methodology knowledge
