About the role
Project Engineer / Project Manager responsible for designing, executing, and certifying building services (Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV) in commercial and residential projects. Ensures compliance with LEED, NBC, HSE, and local regulations, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages vendor work, conducts system tests, and prepares documentation for handover.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 7-12 years of experience in commercial and residential base build projects, preferably in a project management firm
