About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients adopt AI-native software delivery. The Manager leads discovery workshops, designs end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, assesses data maturity, and drives change management to deliver measurable AI transformation value. Based in Mumbai, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across business, architecture, data, and engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Conduct workshops to identify AI use cases
• Architect agentic AI solutions across platforms
• Collaborate with architecture, data, and engineering teams
• Develop value estimation and KPI models
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships
• Oversee program delivery and documentation

What you’ll bring

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Design end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions
• Assess enterprise data maturity and governance
• Define AI value frameworks and business cases
• Drive change management and adoption plans
• 10+ years consulting experience in AI and data projects
• Experience with AI governance and regulation
• Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences or Banking
