About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) at Accenture helps global enterprises adopt AI-native software delivery. As an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager, you will lead discovery workshops, design end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, and build executive business cases to quantify AI‑driven value. Role based in Pune, on‑site, collaborating with senior C‑suite stakeholders to shape data readiness, governance, and change‑management plans for AI transformation.
What you’ll do
- Conduct workshops to identify AI use cases
- Architect agentic AI solutions and transformation roadmaps
- Assess data maturity and governance for AI adoption
- Develop value frameworks and executive business cases
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years experience in AI and data projects
- Lead end‑to‑end process reengineering engagements
- Strong consulting and executive communication skills
- Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- MBA preferred
