Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager

About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients adopt AI-native software delivery. The Manager leads discovery workshops, designs end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, assesses data maturity, and builds executive business cases to drive AI transformation. Role based in multiple Indian cities with on‑site work model, collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify AI transformation use cases
• Design and articulate agentic AI architectures and roadmaps
• Assess data maturity and governance to shape scalable AI adoption
• Define solutions across business, architecture, data and engineering teams
• Build executive business cases with value estimation and KPIs
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption for AI initiatives
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and ensure AI governance compliance
• Provide program management and structured problem‑solving for large‑scale delivery

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years overall experience including AI and data projects
• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders
• Design end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions across platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Anthropic)
• Assess enterprise data maturity, governance and technology readiness
• Develop value frameworks and executive business cases for AI transformation
• Drive business readiness, change management, training and adoption plans
• Strong consulting, executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MBA preferred)
