About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation team at Accenture drives AI‑native software delivery for global enterprises. The Manager leads discovery workshops, designs end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, assesses data maturity, and builds value frameworks to guide AI transformation roadmaps. Role based in Hyderabad, on‑site, collaborating with senior C‑suite stakeholders to deliver high‑value consulting and change‑management programs.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery workshops to identify AI transformation use cases
• Design and articulate agentic AI architectures and roadmaps
• Assess data maturity and technology readiness for AI adoption
• Define solutions across business, architecture, data, and engineering teams
• Develop value frameworks and executive business cases for AI initiatives
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans
