About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps clients adopt AI-native software delivery. The Manager leads discovery workshops, designs end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, assesses data maturity, and drives change management for AI transformation initiatives. Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad – on‑site, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify AI transformation use cases
- Design end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions and architecture
- Assess enterprise data maturity, governance and technology readiness
- Define value frameworks and build executive business cases for AI initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption plans
What you’ll bring
- 10 years overall experience, including AI and data projects
- Strong consulting and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams
- Deep fluency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and regulations
