About the role

Deal Desk at HighRadius supports the sales organization by structuring pricing, discounts, and contract terms to meet customer objectives while ensuring compliance with governance policies. The analyst builds financial models, performs data analytics on deal economics, and acts as a business advisor to streamline deal-making processes. Hyderabad, India, on-site, 5 days a week.

What you’ll do

Develop deal structures aligned with customer objectives
Manage escalations and internal objections on pricing and commercial terms
Communicate ASC 605/ASC 606 governance rules
Optimize deal-making processes and knowledge management
Advise stakeholders to create win‑win transactions
Create and distribute standard and non‑standard enterprise license agreements
Build simple financial models to assess deal economics
Perform data analytics to monitor internal KPI performance

What you’ll bring

Graduate or postgraduate degree
2-3 years experience in deal desk or related finance role
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Basic knowledge of legal governance, risk, and compliance
