About the role

Deal Desk team at HackerRank supports the sales organization by ensuring accurate quote-to-order processes and streamlined contract approvals. The analyst guides Account Executives through deal configuration, builds and updates pricing sheets, and collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Legal to manage both standard and complex transactions. Bangalore, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Guide Account Executives through deal configuration, structuring, approval, and quoting
• Build and update deal desk pricing sheets as needed
• Ensure quotes comply with pricing and discount policies
• Document and administer order approval matrix
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal on non‑standard deals
• Update contract templates with Legal
• Improve quote‑to‑cash processes across teams
• Validate Salesforce opportunities match signed service orders

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or Revenue Accounting
• Experience with SaaS sales ecosystems
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets
• Proficient with Salesforce.com
• Proficient with AI tools
• Detail-oriented organizational skills
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
