About the role
Deal Desk team at WEKA supports EMEA and APAC sales by managing quote-to-cash processes and ensuring accurate deal execution. The analyst creates and reviews Salesforce CPQ quotes, coordinates pricing approvals, resolves operational issues, and tracks deal activity across global teams. Bengaluru, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation available
What you’ll do
- Create and manage quotes in Salesforce CPQ
- Review opportunities for completeness and data accuracy
- Coordinate pricing and approval workflows
- Assist with non‑standard quote requests and routing approvals
- Validate quote configurations before order submission
- Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and downstream systems
- Track deal processing activity and support SLA management
- Identify and flag process issues for leadership
What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years deal desk or sales ops experience
- Salesforce CPQ proficiency
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow‑through
- Comfortable working across time zones (EMEA/APAC)
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology sales
- Quarter‑end deal processing experience
