About the role
DB Implementation team at TELUS Digital builds and supports pension calculation and web configuration solutions. The Applications Development Module Lead resolves mid to high complexity configuration issues, executes defect analysis, develops unit test plans, and drives process automation within hybrid Noida office (1‑2 days onsite per week).
What you’ll do
- Execute defect analysis, configuration, and unit testing
- Develop and execute unit test plans, cases, and scripts
- Fix defects in forms, letters, and web config components
- Demonstrate task-level ownership
- Participate in process automation ideas
- Communicate timely with lead and onshore counterpart
- Follow SOP and leverage knowledge base
- Assist senior members in integration and transition
What you’ll bring
- 6+ years configuration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in Java, C, or C#
- Knowledge of Defined Benefits domain
- Experience with unit testing and test case creation
- SQL query writing for large databases
- Understanding of SDLC concepts
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access
