About the role
TELUS Digital – Applications Development Module Lead drives pension system interface configuration and data conversion projects, translating business requirements into technical mappings and mentoring team members. Leads process, domain, and system expertise, collaborates with analysts, QA and development teams to ensure compliance and quality. Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, hybrid (1‑2 days onsite per week)
What you’ll do
- Subject matter expert for process, domain, and system
- Explain pension system interface solutions to internal colleagues
- Review client requirements with business analysts and identify gaps
- Influence use of COTS solutions to minimize custom development
- Ensure interface configuration aligns with specifications and unit tests
- Coordinate timely delivery from development team
- Assist QA testing of interfaces and new developments
- Coach colleagues on configuration possibilities
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
- Mentor and build talent within the team
What you’ll bring
- 6-8 years experience
- BCA/BSc/BTech/MCA degree
- DB domain knowledge
- Configuration & basic programming
- Team building and mentoring
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects
